Taproom & Events Coordinator

Brazos River Brewing Co. is looking for a motivated Assistant Brewer to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about craft beer, eager to learn, and ready to work in a collaborative brewery environment. You’ll work closely with our Head Brewer on daily production tasks, quality control, and packaging operations while gaining real-world experience in a professional craft brewery. Responsibilities: – Assist with brewing, cellaring, and packaging operations – Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work areas – Monitor fermentation and assist with quality control checks – Help maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies – Support taproom staff during special events when needed Qualifications: – Previous brewery experience preferred but not required – Strong work ethic and attention to detail – Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods – Passion for craft beer and eagerness to learn – Must be 21 years or older How to Apply: Apply through the Craft Brewers Alliance app or send a short introduction and résumé to the attached contact information.
